Prices

All prices quoted excluding VAT.

We make every effort to keep the prices up to date but we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. It may be that prices are incorrectly quoted or changed due to external circumstances. We have no statutory obligation to sell goods at the price quoted if that price is incorrect.

Payment

We accept payment by all major credit & debit cards. UK bankers draft are accepted or BACS payments made before item despatched/collected. Cash On Delivery (COD) is not an option please don't ask.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from R H Edmonds Ltd. Should you not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, and other charges.

The item must be returned in the same good condition as it was received, in original packaging, with all paperwork, parts and supplied accessories to ensure your credit.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. Shipping, handling costs and other charges are non-refundable. We will not accept COD or third-party billing for returned merchandise.

In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier in the first instance then our Customer Support Department on 01647 270058.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Support Representative within 30 days of delivery at 01647 270058. Please be prepared to supply the order number and item number from your original purchase confirmation letter/e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number.

R H Edmonds Ltd will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Customer Support, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

If there is extensive damage to the carton upon delivery, please contact the carrier in the first instance then a Customer Support Representative immediately at 01647 270058. Please have your order number available when you call.

Refund Period

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax and any re stocking charges

Delivery

We can arrange a quote for delivery of items, send by carrier (please ensure packaging intact before accepting, we cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit once accepted) or can be collected from site.

Complaints

We take the satisfaction of our customers very seriously. If you feel you have received substandard information or services from us we would like to hear about it so that we can prevent the same thing from happening again. We will make every effort to rectify genuine problems as expediently as possible. Complaints can be made via email.
